Each keepsake is custom-made using your baby’s unique prints, and created especially for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised orders.

If you receive your keepsake and believe there is an error or any issue with the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right. We may ask for photos to assess the concern and provide the best solution.

For enquiries, please email info@babykeepsakeart.com with your order number and details, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Orders begin the process of being fulfilled as soon they are received, so we are often not able to make changes once the order is completed. This includes products purchased, name, address, shipping, discount codes, and request for cancellation, etc. We are happy for you to contact us with corrected details, however, we cannot guarantee it will be actioned before the fulfilment process has begun.
