Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Nelson, New Zealand, Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Inkless print kits are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order is received.

Once we receive your completed prints, your personalised keepsake will typically be processed within 5 working days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods.

Delivery times vary based on your location and may be subject to delays during busy or holiday seasons.

~ Flat rate shipping NZD $7.90. 

~ FREE on all orders over NZD $150. 

~ Delivery time estimated 2 - 4 business days (in addition to 1 - 2 days processing time). 

Australia

~ Prints NZD $19.90 and framed artwork NZD $29.00. 

~ Delivery time estimated 5 - 10 business days (in addition to 1 - 2 days processing time).

International

~ Prints NZD $39.00 and framed artwork NZD $49.00. 

~ Delivery time estimated 10 - 15 business days (in addition to 1 - 2 days processing time). 

Please ensure all order information, and personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. Orders begin the process of being fulfilled as soon as they are received and so we are not able to make changes once completed. This includes name, email, address, products purchased, cancellation, shipping, discount codes etc. We are not liable for orders sent to the wrong address. 

If you place multiple orders, we reserve the right to combine the orders when shipping in order to save on wastage. This is irrespective of whether you have paid multiple times for shipping. 

International deliveries

For purchases outside of New Zealand you may be required to pay duties, taxes, and import charges on your orders. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Baby Keepsake Art. We are unable to offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.

International orders are tracked. Please double check your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
